About these terms. Merriswood is operated by RingFlip LLC ("we", "us" or "our"). These terms apply when you use merriswood.com or buy from us. Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these terms, so please read them before you order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.

Orders. When you place an order, we'll email an order confirmation to the address you used at checkout. Every sign is made to order by our production partner.

Prices and payment. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Standard shipping to the addresses we ship to is included in our prices. Tax is calculated at checkout. You pay for your order at checkout.

Personalized signs. Your sign is made with the name you enter, so please check your spelling carefully. Personalization is limited to the characters and length allowed on the product page. We review every personalized order before production. If a name needs a small layout adjustment that changes its appearance, we'll contact you for approval before making your sign. We won't change your spelling without your permission. If we can't make your sign as entered, we'll contact you before production. You can then approve an alternative we can make or cancel for a full refund.

Product information. Listed sizes are nominal. Finished dimensions vary by size and design. Product images that show a name use an example name. Room images are digital mockups, and their scale is approximate.

Shipping, changes, returns and refunds. Where we ship, delivery estimates, delays and lost packages are covered in our Shipping Policy. Changes, cancellations, returns, damaged, defective or incorrect signs and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The terms posted when you place an order apply to that order.
